Is going to the gym with others a good thing?
- It may help you be more motivated.
- It may help you feel good while you exercise.
- It may make you more responsible.
Well, to me, it isn’t. Why?
- It makes it harder for me to focus on actually working out.
- It distracts me.
- I waste way longer time by waiting / synchronizing pauses between exercises to have a chance to talk than I gain anything else.
